What this video covers

Marina and Michel move into their new home, the CAE Studio, while transitioning from boat life to land-based living.0:04 They establish a temporary kitchen using the cardboard shipping box from their refrigerator as a makeshift sink support, reinforcing it with aluminium scraps and plastic sheeting to prevent water damage.7:08 To manage water consumption, they install a foot-operated faucet system, a technique adapted from their previous sailboats, the Motion 1 and 2, which allows for hands-free operation and improved hygiene.15:49 The couple also sets up a temporary sleeping area on a single mattress and constructs a large green linen curtain to cover the bedroom door for privacy.13:48 They rely on an Arelo eSIM for mobile internet connectivity to maintain their workflow in the small town.10:09 While the current setup remains provisional, they plan to use welding equipment to fabricate permanent furniture, including wardrobes and a kitchen counter, in the coming weeks.1:23
