What this video covers

Marina and Michel present the completed structural phase of Casa Pi, a residence built using modular ecological bricks manufactured on-site.0:14 The project, constructed over five months, features an open-concept layout integrating the kitchen, dining, and living areas to maximise interaction and natural ventilation.10:56 Key architectural elements include Dutch-style doors, large windows with low sills for cross-ventilation, and a decorative cobogó wall separating public and private spaces.2:14 The exterior facade utilises Granestone, a natural stone application in a "sandcastle" colour.2:44 Electrical wiring and plumbing are embedded directly within the ecological brick walls.5:16 The interior includes a guest suite, a master suite with an integrated closet, and bathrooms finished with ceramic tiling.6:35 The owners now offer the complete engineering project—including structural, foundation, electrical, and hydraulic plans—for sale, alongside a manual detailing the brick production and construction process to assist others in similar builds.0:42
