What this video covers

Jeremiah and Brittany replace the aging, malfunctioning four-burner cooktop on their boat, Calypso, with a new Verona unit.0:54 The original stove, manufactured in Argentina, suffered from broken knobs and inconsistent burners that flared or extinguished during use.2:07 To install the new unit, Jeremiah removes the old stove, cuts the Corian countertop to accommodate the new dimensions, and converts the appliance from natural gas to propane.4:30 This conversion requires replacing the factory-installed gas nozzles with propane-specific jets, identified by size markings and swapped using a seven-millimeter socket.10:09 Jeremiah also installs new bow-mounted attachment points for a parasailor, allowing for the future use of a snatch block.2:59 The project concludes with a successful leak test and functional check of the new cooktop, which retains the original pot fiddles for stability while underway.13:06
