What this video covers

Lauren Landers manages pet travel logistics for her cat, Mako, while cruising in Guadeloupe.5:48 Securing government-approved veterinary paperwork for entry into St. Lucia requires multiple trips to local clinics for parasite treatments and health certificate validation.7:51 Landers navigates these requirements by walking to town and using a scooter to transport Mako in a hiking backpack.7:42 Beyond pet logistics, she reports mechanical issues with the boat's windlass, which is currently slipping, and plans to source replacement parts during an upcoming trip to Florida.10:11 Daily life involves managing high temperatures, which disrupt sleep patterns and energy levels, prompting a shift in her diet to include decaf coffee, matcha, and magnesium supplements.11:09 She uses an Oura ring to monitor her sleep quality while balancing boat maintenance, administrative tasks, and local exploration.11:26
