What this video covers

The crew departs Makongai, Fiji, bound for Savusavu on Vanua Levu, navigating a passage with variable 7–16 knot winds and uncomfortable, confused seas.Watch They motor-sail the final 20 miles, maintaining 6.5 knots with the Genoa deployed and the engine running at 1,400 RPM to stabilize the motion. Upon arrival at the new Nawi Island Marina in Savusavu, the crew begins maintenance, including repairing a leaking watermaker hose at the vessel's membrane vessel and replacing a 15-year-old Raymarine chartplotter that suffered LCD failure due to heat exposure. They await the arrival of friends aboard the vessel Matilda, who are delivering a Starlink antenna to improve connectivity. Following their arrival in Savusavu, both crew members contract COVID-19, likely during a previous stop at the Makongai repopulation facility. The crew remains in the marina to recover and complete boat repairs while managing symptoms.
