What this video covers

The crew of the 40-foot catamaran Blue Horizon hosts family members, including two children, for a coastal cruise through Greece. After spending final days with friends in a bay on Zakynthos, the owners install a 730-watt solar array from the company Flynn, featuring adjustable, bifacial panels mounted on specialized rails. The vessel then departs for the mainland, navigating the Gulf of Corinth. During the transit, the crew coordinates with bridge authorities five miles and one mile before arrival to secure passage under the Rio-Antirrio Bridge. Upon reaching the port of Nafpaktos, the crew maneuvers their dinghy through the historic harbor’s narrow stone entrance to access the town. Throughout the trip, the owners implement strict water and electricity conservation rules to manage resources for the increased number of people on board. The passage requires constant monitoring of the children’s comfort and health, particularly regarding seasickness, while balancing sail handling and navigation.
