What this video covers
Matt and Kristen manage land maintenance and gardening projects on their property while awaiting permits for a permanent RV structure. To address drainage and irrigation, they install a Soaker Pro irrigation system and dig trenches to prevent flooding in a newly established pumpkin patch. They plant 100 seeds in eight-inch mounds of clay soil, using a manual rooter tool to break up the ground.9:42 To supplement the outdoor planting, they repurpose plastic food containers from Sam's Club as miniature greenhouses for starting seeds.17:11 The property maintenance also involves using a zero-turn mower to clear trails and manage vegetation, though the machine struggles with traction in mud and on inclines due to slick tires and a back-heavy design.20:53 The crew also manages goat health, specifically addressing opportunistic parasites during weaning by administering Pedialyte to stabilize a feverish animal.1:57
