What this video covers

The crew of the 38-ft sailboat Yabá completes an eight-hour motoring passage from a river location to Penha, Brazil, to arrive in time for Christmas. The transit occurs in calm conditions with minimal wind, allowing the crew to test the boat’s engine and its new, larger Spade anchor upon arrival. During the departure, a drone malfunction requires Ben to retrieve the device from the water using a kayak while the boat remains in a narrow channel. The crew successfully secures their dinghy on a newly installed stern platform, eliminating the need for manual deck storage. Upon reaching Penha, the crew notes the lack of a block and tackle system for the dinghy davits, which they plan to source after the holiday. The vessel is decorated with lights and a piece of the original keel damaged by Teredo worms, serving as a memento of the boat's restoration.
