What this video covers

To protect a garden from iguanas in Puerto Rico, the crew of Good, Bad, and Ugly constructs a fence using fallen bamboo cleared from their property.2:37 The design features vertical bamboo strips woven through horizontal slats, with posts buried one foot deep and sharpened at the base for stability.13:54 Because the bamboo is untreated to avoid chemical contamination of the soil, the structure is intended to last one to two years.18:58 The project serves as a low-cost alternative to previous garden attempts, which failed due to iguana predation on vegetable crops.1:42 Work on the fence pauses as a hurricane approaches, forcing Matt to leave the property to secure the boat at its anchorage.20:38 Kristen remains at the inland site to manage the property and livestock during the storm.21:37 The crew plans to resume the labor-intensive weaving process once weather conditions improve.22:32
