What this video covers

A couple traveling with a 100-pound German Shepherd, Jackson, transits from Florida to Tennessee by rental Chevy Suburban after leaving their boat in the Bahamas.1:00 The journey includes a stop in St. Augustine to visit friends on the vessel Lady Aquitaine before driving north through Georgia.1:31 To manage costs and logistics, the crew camps overnight in the back of the SUV at a highway rest area.13:39 They outfit the vehicle with a memory foam mattress topper, pillows, and a quilt set purchased at a Walmart, using towels and sunshades to black out the tinted windows for privacy.13:15 The route takes them through peak-hour traffic in Atlanta, where they eventually pull off to find a brewery in the town of Ackworth.11:09 The crew notes that the Suburban’s cargo space provides a functional, discreet sleeping area for road travel with a dog.15:10
