What this video covers

Christophe performs a deep cleaning of the interior of his boat, Vagabon III, while docked at a marina.1:06 He uses a high-pressure steam cleaner to remove grime from the cabin, galley, and forward berth, noting that the steam effectively strips away old, poorly applied paint and surface dirt.12:46 To manage the cleaning process, he clears the interior of all gear and mattresses, which he also cleans.10:06 He experiments with layout changes, including potentially closing off a storage locker and installing a new galley countertop, though he decides to keep the current configuration to avoid extensive, time-consuming renovations.10:40 Throughout the process, he uses a compact wet-dry vacuum to manage debris and water.15:55 The work concludes after a full day, with the interior significantly cleaner despite the cockpit becoming dirty again from foot traffic.15:18 The project highlights the effectiveness of steam cleaning for deep-cleaning neglected boat interiors and the logistical challenges of managing boat maintenance while living aboard.
