The Maxi Yachts 1300 is a 12.7-meter fractional sloop performance cruiser designed by Pelle Petterson and CDE Danish Marine Design ApS, built by Maxi Yachts and Nimbus from 2006 to the present. With a 3.8-meter beam and 2.2-meter draft, it displaces 8299 kg. The hull features a fin with bulb and spade rudder. A 2007 model, formerly named BUZ TOO, underwent significant upgrades including a 2017 standing rigging replacement and Kemp sails.0:32 Its cockpit includes twin pedestals with Raymarine instrumentation, an electric port winch, and a removable table, with a full-width traveler and German mainsheet system.1:24 Below deck, the interior features satin-varnished mahogany joinery, a linear galley, and a 2016 electrical system overhaul with Mastervolt lithium-ion batteries.5:10 Propulsion is provided by a Volvo D2-50 engine, with one boat receiving a 2018 replacement for its original D2-40.9:48 A 2019 refit on another 2007 model replaced the mast and standing rigging, adding electric in-mast furling and an electric headsail furler.2:12
