The Jeanneau YACHTS 65 is a 20.2-meter fractional sloop designed by Philippe Briand and Andrew Winch, built by Jeanneau since 2022, and intended to offer monohull cruising comparable to catamarans in living space. It features a 5.4-meter beam, a 30,999 kg displacement, and a keel-stepped triple-spreader rig. The deck design includes sloping side decks for unobstructed movement from cockpit to bow and a dinghy garage.1:33 A spray hood dodger protects the cockpit but can obstruct visibility during close-quarters maneuvering.1:56 Below deck, the YACHTS 65 has a deck saloon with 360-degree visibility, a full-beam master stateroom forward, a VIP cabin to starboard, and a twin-berth cabin to port, totaling three cabins and three heads.2:56 A 90-centimeter-wide corridor connects the cockpit to the saloon.1:50 The vessel is powered by a 175-horsepower Volvo engine in a heavily insulated engine room.6:19 Its sail plan includes a large mainsail, gennaker, and Code 0, with a full electric furling system for light air performance.3:39 The YACHTS 65 is designed for ocean passages, featuring outboard chain plates and a self-tacking jib.2:59
