The Moody 64 is a 19.3-meter cutter-rigged sailboat designed by Bill Dixon and built by Princess Yachts International and Moody Yachts between 2002 and 2004.0:15 It features a fin keel with a spade rudder and displaces 28,739 kg. A shallow-draft version is available, drawing 6.5 feet.0:22 The 2003 Moody 64 *Maisha* underwent extensive upgrades between 2021 and 2023, including new Elmstrom sails, running rigging, and a 2023 bowsprit for a gennaker.2:01 Deck equipment includes Selden hydraulic furlers for the mainsail and both headsails, a self-tacking staysail, and a Lewmar 3000 electric anchor winch.1:29 Its cockpit is equipped with 2021 Raymarine instruments and a 2023 fixed screen.3:51 Propulsion is provided by a 230hp Yanmar diesel engine and a 13.5 kVA Onan generator.9:38 Interior systems include a 2023 air conditioning system, a new water maker, and 2022 battery, inverter, and charger replacements.11:21 The interior layout features three guest cabins, a U-shaped galley with 2023 fridge compressors, and an owner’s aft stateroom.8:18 Safety equipment, such as an 8-person life raft and a 3.5m RIB with a 20hp Yamaha outboard, was renewed in 2022 and 2023.3:18
