The Ovni 450 is a 14.0-meter aluminum fractional sloop designed by Marc Lombard and built by Alubat since 2019, featuring a lifting keel and dual rudders. It is an updated version of the Ovni 445, with a maximum load displacement of 14,550 kg and a maximum allowed engine power of 75 HP. Aboard *Sailing Northern Brees*, the Ovni 450 was toured at the La Rochelle Boat Show, where its cockpit protection, interior access, single-handed sailing layout, and aluminum construction were evaluated.3:15 The crew preferred the Ovni 450 over the Boreal, which they found claustrophobic.16:34
