The Aventura 45 is a 13.5-meter fractional sloop catamaran, designed by Samer Lasta of Lasta Design Studio and built by Aventura Catamarans since 2025. It features a twin keel hull, a 7.5-meter beam, a 1.4-meter draft, and a lightship displacement of 12,000 kg. The standard interior includes one master cabin with a bathroom, two additional cabins, and two additional bathrooms. Aboard sailing vessel reality, an Aventura 45 completed a multi-week, 1,800–1,900-mile passage from Rhodes to Almeria, Spain, navigating 2–4 meter swells during a 30-hour upwind beat from Gozo to Pantelleria.10:40 The crew anchored in 7 meters of water with 32 meters of chain off Gozo and experienced customs inspections in Tunisia, where drones were temporarily confiscated.28:50 The vessel sailed 2–3 miles offshore along the Algerian coast without a visa, leading to an encounter with the Algerian Coast Guard.43:52
