The Lagoon 51 is a 15.3-meter fractional sloop catamaran, designed by VPLP Design and built by Lagoon since 2022, featuring an exterior by Patrick le Quement and interior by Nauta Design. Its mast is moved forward compared to the Lagoon 50, resulting in a longer boom, a shorter mast, and a lower center of effort, replacing the self-tacking jib with a traditional genoa track system. The flybridge, accessible from both port and starboard, centers the helm for improved visibility and includes a large seating area.
