Lagoon 420

The Lagoon 420 is a 12.6-meter fractional sloop catamaran with a twin keel hull, designed by Van Peteghem, Lauriot Prevost, and Lauriot-Prevost, and built by Lagoon Catamaran from 2007. Introduced at the Annapolis Boat Show in October 2006, it was advertised as the first series-produced sailboat with diesel-electric drives as standard equipment.4:11 The model, with a 7.5-meter beam and 1.3-meter draft, was offered in owner or charter versions and later updated as the Lagoon 421 before being replaced by the 2015 Lagoon 42.
