The Lagoon SIXTY 5 is a 20.6-meter luxury sailing catamaran, designed by VPLP Design, Van Peteghem, and Lauriot-Prevost, and built by Lagoon since 2019. It features a fractional sloop rig, a twin keel hull, and displaces 40,000 kg. The interior design is by Nauta Design, and the exterior by Patrick Quement. Aboard a 2024 model, Sailing Doodles observed a four-cabin, galley-down layout designed for crewed operation, including a master cabin with dual access and dedicated crew quarters.0:12 The cockpit features a dinghy lift system that maintains walk-around access, and the flybridge offers extensive seating, a sink, and twin helm stations with Raymarine electronics and powered winches.2:25 However, the starboard helm lacks throttle and bow thruster controls, necessitating a remote yacht controller for docking.4:53 The Lagoon 65, at 67.5 feet, was the largest vessel toured by Sailing Parlay Revival at the Annapolis Boat Show, which noted its lifting tender platform and five-cabin layout.3:14
