Aboard *Sailing Nandji - Frothlyfe*, the Tayana 47 CC *Nandji 2* completed a 270-mile passage from Langkawi, Malaysia, to Sabang, Indonesia, in 48 hours, encountering 10–15 knots of wind and heavy shipping traffic in the Malacca Strait. The crew used Starlink and PredictWind for weather monitoring and navigated around unfavorable winds and into a favorable current near Sumatra.4:55 During a 319-nautical-mile passage from Linga Linga, Mozambique, to Richards Bay, South Africa, the vessel encountered 60-knot gusts and lightning storms, forcing it to heave-to for an hour.
