The Excess 11 is a 2020-present catamaran sailboat model, designed by VPLP Design, Van Peteghem, and Lauriot-Prevost, with exterior design by Patrick Le Quement and interior design by Nauta Design. It features a fractional sloop rig and a twin keel hull, measuring 11.3 meters LOA, 6.6 meters beam, and 1.1 meters draft, with a displacement of 9000 kg. The Excess 11 has a Pulse Line variant, which offers an upwind sail area of 82 square meters. The model was displayed at the Salone Nautico boat show in Venice, where it was seen among other production and multihull boats.0:02
