The Beneteau Oceanis 351 is a 10.6-meter masthead sloop designed by Jean Berret and built by Beneteau from 1994. It features a fin keel with a spade rudder, a 3.8-meter beam, a 1.2-meter draft, and displaces 5299 kg. The model was offered in two-cabin and three-cabin versions, with variants also marketed as the Moorings 352 and Moorings 353. Its design is similar to the slightly later Oceanis 352.1:31
