The Tartan Marine 34 C is a 10.5-meter masthead sloop designed by Sparkman & Stephens, built by Tartan Marine from 1968 to 1978, and later distinguished with a 'C' for 'classic' to differentiate it from subsequent Tartan 34 models. It features a keel/centerboard hull, a 3.1-meter beam, a 2.5-meter draft, and displaces 5080 kg. The mainsail foot was shortened at least twice during its production run to improve balance or lower its IOR rating.
